This began in May of 2019.

According to Maytag customer service there is nothing functionally wrong with this washer. A technician came out but he never checked it with clothes in it.

Product or Service Mentioned: Maytag Washing Machine.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $1200.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

They sent a tech. He ran it with no clothes.

His report found nothing functionally wrong. Customer service read his report. Every load does this. This is our 3 Maytag front.

It is the only one that has done this. Thanks

From your video, the problem is either the load of clothes or whatever you have in the washer causing an out of balance which will create a vibration or there indeed may be a mechanical problem such as the agitator being out of balance or incorrectly positioned in the machine causing the problem. A technician needs to inspect the agitator itself to see if it is correctly placed in the machine and if so, then witness the machine with a load of clothes.

Tell Maytag you need a tech to come out and fix the thing.

Someone answering a phone in who-knows-where cannot correctly diagnose this. Only a tech can, onsite.
