Our dishwasher failed after 6 months. Called to get a warranty repair.
First scheduled the repair for thanksgiving day which was three weeks out. Had to reschedule with the repair contractor because they weren't working thanksgiving day. Been four weeks now and still no repair work. The repair contractor showed up for five minutes and left to order a new control panel.
Got a different story every time we talked to them on when something would happen.
Still waiting with no idea when anything will happen. Maytag quit replying to us after the first complaint about a Thanksgiving Day repair schedule.
Their commercials on repair guys with nothing to do is bull and their customer support doesn't exist.
