Maytag Customer Service Reviews
No human contact. No easy way to make contact with there customer service. Will not buy any of there products again.
I bought a Maytag washer from Maytag/Whirlpool in March 2025. Within 4 days, it started to power on by itself and recycling the washer.
Despite reaching out to customer service and filing a BBB complaint, Maytag offered no help, no replacement, and ignored their warranty.
I would not recommend this brand based on their poor product quality and refusal to stand behind their appliances. Buyers, beware!
