I purchased a maytag washer in Dec 2020 and have noticed that the push button is hard to push and actually hurts my thumb when pushing in, it is a very hard button and seems to be inverted too much, I have called twice and have been on hold with customer service for close to an hour, the automated voice is very very annoying asking over and over "did you know......?" "did you know....? or "is your....?" no one ever picks up and there are no options to leave a call back number.
These stupid questions are all common sense by the way. If I knew how terrible their customer service was I would have never purchased their product and will not be purchasing again.
Also I won't be purchasing an extended maintenance contract, it would be a waste of money since they do not answer their calls anyway. By the way I am still on hold and getting ready to hang up for good!
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
