I bought a brand new Maytag at Home Depot..Cost $1500, I paid it off in 12 months.
Then 6 months later it broke. When I called the company they wanted me to pay them an additional $359 for a warranty. Why would I buy a warranty ( that would be paying an additional $359 ) on a new product then or now? They did not care about my disappointment with their service.
She was rude to me.
Then sh said because that model was discontinued they couldn't hel me.Too bad for me.
I thought I was getting a good product but that company was just as bad.
This person wrote the review because of poor customer service of maytag refrigerator from Maytag. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $1500 and wants Maytag to issue a full refund.
The most disappointing in user's experience was customer service rude. If you have a chance, please immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
