Within 1 week of purchasing, the machines started having problems, issues and codes. 1. Randomly does not spin. 2.
Randomly does not start. 3. Randomly does not lock. 4.
Randomly does not drain. 5. Code F11
I contacted the distributor (Whirlsource- Cory Grisim) and he referred me to tech support. Contacted tech support, was on the phone for close to 4 hours trying to resolve the problem.
The problem could not be resolved. Was referred to Whirlpool tech support. Was on hold for close to an hour. When the rep answered, was told that they cannot help on Maytag machines, and transferred again.
Was on hold for another 45 minutes and a rep told us to go to maytagcommerciallaundry.com No information was there. Called back, only to get put on hold for over 20 minutes and to be told that we need to get with a distributor. It's a shame that you pay so much money with the belief that you are getting the best product and service on the market. Now I see why the Maytag man is the loneliest person in the world.
Because he does not answer his phone the customer support SUCKS!!!
This business will not purchase another Maytag Machine. Beware!!!

Maytag bravo washer
Purchased may tag bravos Mict two years ago. In fairness, the sales rep when asked about any downside said he had heard it was a little rough on clothes.
Needless to say, I had no idea how bad that could be. Every set of sheets I have have been ripped and every set of towels I have are fraying at the seems.
I wouldn't say that's rough....its out and out damage. My husband wants me to buy new sheets because of the fraying - can't until I get a new washer.....run from this one.
