Not Maytags problem that glass door fell off

We purchased all Maytag appliances including Model # MER5775RAQ Smooth Top Range approximately 2 years ago.

Went to open door and glass door fell off (and shattered)along with bottom trim piece. There is supposed to be 3 screws in the bottom of the trim piece. None were found after a thorough search ??? We contacted Maytag and they said that this is not their issue. but, they can send out a repairman at a fee............

Over Range Microwave. First one quit working within the first year. They replaced for free. Replacement now quit working again 1 year later. Not covered under warranty(Been 2 years since original was purchased) But, they can send out a repairman at a fee...............

Washing Machine (Neptune)- Same as everyone elses problems. Stinks, no speed rinse cycle. control board bad. But, they can send................

Sure wish we had read the reviews before we purchased all Maytag Appliances!!!
